Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order and tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship all over India, including metro cities, towns, and most rural areas.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you for alternate arrangements or a refund.

Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Cities: 5โ8 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 7โ12 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 10โ15 business days

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above โน999.
For orders below โน999, a nominal shipping fee of โน49โโน99 may apply (visible during checkout).
COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional handling charge.

Once your order is shipped, youโll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can track your shipmentโs live status using that link until it reaches your doorstep.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as courier network issues, festivals, or weather conditions.
If your order hasnโt arrived after 15 business days, please contact our support team, and weโll assist you immediately.

Please ensure you provide the correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee may apply.
