All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after successful payment.

Once processed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order and tracking details.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently ship all over India, including metro cities, towns, and most rural areas.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you for alternate arrangements or a refund.

Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities: 5โ€“8 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 7โ€“12 business days

Remote or Rural Areas: 10โ€“15 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above โ‚น999.

For orders below โ‚น999, a nominal shipping fee of โ‚น49โ€“โ‚น99 may apply (visible during checkout).

COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional handling charge.

Once your order is shipped, youโ€™ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can track your shipmentโ€™s live status using that link until it reaches your doorstep.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as courier network issues, festivals, or weather conditions.
If your order hasnโ€™t arrived after 15 business days, please contact our support team, and weโ€™ll assist you immediately.

Please ensure you provide the correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee may apply.
